Steps # Open the Schedule Dialog From the Knowledge Base management screen, click the Schedule option for your app. Configure the Schedule Set the frequency (Minutes, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Custom). Specify the start time, end date & time, and time zone. The cron expression will auto-update based on your selections. Save the Schedule Click Schedule to activate automated syncs.
