Schedule Knowledge Base Sync

Automate the update and synchronization of your Knowledge Base by setting up a schedule.

Steps #

1. Open the Schedule Dialog

   • From the Knowledge Base management screen, click the Schedule option for your app.

2. Configure the Schedule

   • Set the frequency (Minutes, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Custom).
   • Specify the start time, end date & time, and time zone.
   • The cron expression will auto-update based on your selections.

3. Save the Schedule

   • Click Schedule to activate automated syncs.
