Logs
Access system and user activity logs.
Go to Logs from the profile menu.
Gathr Logs Overview
Gathr provides a centralized logging interface for superusers to monitor system and user activity across the platform. The Logs section is essential for troubleshooting, auditing, and ensuring operational transparency.
Log Types
You can select from multiple log types using the dropdown menu:
- Web Logs: General application logs related to user and system activity. 
- Catalina Logs: Application server logs (Tomcat/Catalina). 
- Audit Logs: Security and compliance logs, tracking user actions and configuration changes. 
- Mlflow Logs: Logs related to MLflow. 
- Incident Logs: Records of system incidents, errors, or critical events. 
Navigating the Logs Interface
- Log Type Selector: Use the dropdown to choose the log category you want to view. A search box is available to quickly filter log types. 
- Search and Filter: Enter keywords or criteria in the search box to filter log entries. For example, search by TenantId, EmailId, timestamps, or keywords. 
- Get Last N Lines: Retrieve the most recent log entries by specifying the number of lines. 
- Refresh: Click to reload the latest logs. 
- Download Logs: Export the current log view for offline analysis or sharing with support teams. 
Log Table Features
- Log entries are displayed in a tabular format, showing key fields such as TenantId, EmailId, timestamp, log level, and message. 
- Use scroll bars to navigate large log sets. 
Steps to view Logs
- Select the log type you want to inspect (example, Web Logs, Audit Logs). 
- Use the search/filter to narrow down results based on relevant criteria. 
- Review log entries for system health, user actions, or error diagnostics. 
- Download logs if deeper analysis or sharing is required.
