Monitor Conversations
Access the Monitor tab by selecting View Application from the applications listing page.
Track and review user interactions with the Data Intelligence Application.
Get insights into user queries, response statuses, and troubleshooting options for application administrators.
Conversation Tracking
Each query made to the application is logged with the following details:
Status: Indicates whether the query execution was successful or resulted in an error.
Question: Displays the exact query asked by the user.
User: Identifies the user who submitted the question.
Created: Records the date and time when the question was asked, and the response was generated.
Conversation ID: A unique identifier assigned to each conversation for tracking purposes.
Action: Options to view the question and response.
For Error status queries, an additional option allows checking the Incident ID, Incident Details, and the error message shown in the conversation.
App admins can use the Incident ID (shared by users with view-only access) to investigate issues and troubleshoot errors.
Search and Filter Conversations
Provide filter conditions and monitor relevant conversations using the search options.
Basic Search
Admin can search for questions asked by app users:
Start Date Time: Specify the start date and time of search criteria.
End Date Time: Specify the end date and time of search criteria.
Sorting Options
Questions can be sorted in ascending or descending order based on:
Created Time: Sort by the date and time of query creation.
User Name: Sort alphabetically by user name.
Question: Sort alphabetically by the question text.
Advanced Search Filters
Users can refine searches using the following criteria:
Status: Filter conversations by All, Success, or Error.
Username: Search for queries submitted by specific users.
Incident ID: Retrieve details of a specific incident by entering the Incident ID from an error response.
Question: Search for a conversation using specific keywords or phrases from the question text.
